processo de obtenção de negro de fumo orgânico a partir de cinza residual da usina sucroalcooleira e produto obtido. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de obtenção de negro de fumo orgânico a partir de cinzas residuais de bagaço e palha de cana-de-açúcar (1), um resíduo abundante e com alto poder poluitivo, proveniente das usinas sucroalcooleiras. o processo descrito possibilita a transformação de um passivo ambiental em ativo, por meio de etapas razoavelmente simples, tais como secagem (e2 e e12), peneiração (e3 e e6), lavagem (e7 e e11), que não demandam muitos componentes, apenas argila (6), ácido forte (5) e base forte (9) e água (11) ou períodos extensos de processamento. o negro de fumo orgânico (nfo), obtido a partir do processo proposto, possui alto teor de pureza e qualidade, o que possibilita sua aplicação em diversas áreas, em substituição aos negros de fumo convencionalmente obtidos a partir de palha de arroz, cuja obtenção demanda um processo com maior impacto ambiental, ou de petróleo ou gás natural, matérias-primas não renováveis.
