Abstract
codificadores, decodificadores, métodos e fluxo de bits de vídeo para conversão em código de vídeo híbrido. trata-se de um codificador para conversão em código de vídeo híbrido, sendo que o codificador se destina a fornecer uma representação codificada de uma sequência de vídeo com base em um conteúdo de vídeo de entrada, e em que o codificador é configurado para: determinar um ou mais elementos de sintaxe relacionados a uma porção da sequência de vídeo; selecionar um esquema de processamento a ser aplicado à porção da sequência de vídeo com base em uma propriedade descrita pelo um ou mais elementos de sintaxe, sendo que o esquema de processamento se destina a obter uma amostra para uma predição compensada por movimento em uma localização de número inteiro e/ou fracionário dentro do porção da sequência de vídeo; codificar um índice indicando o esquema de processamento selecionado de modo que um determinado valor de índice codificado represente diferentes esquemas de processamento dependendo da propriedade descrita pelo um ou mais elementos de sintaxe; e fornecer, como a representação codificada da sequência de vídeo, um fluxo de bits que compreende o um ou mais elementos de sintaxe e o índice codificado.
