MÉTODO E MÁQUINA PARA PRODUZIR E SELAR ABAS DE EMBALAGENS FLEXÍVEIS E VÁRIOS MODELOS DE EMBALAGENS 3D FLEXÍVEIS. O método da invenção consiste na produção e/ou transformação de embalagens flexíveis em máquinas de enchimento e vedação verticais usadas para produzir embalagem do tipo reforçados, de fundo estável ou almofada, envolvendo a criação e vedação de abas no topo e/ou no fundo dos lados do pré-recipiente anterior (6a) ou do pré-recipiente posterior (6b) disposto na máquina vertical. O método envolve o uso de corpos de impacto (2, 3) instalados na máquina vertical, que, uma vez atuados, empurram e dobram pelo menos parte de pelo menos uma face lateral ou lateral sobre pelo menos uma outra parte de outro lado ou face adjacente, criando assim pelo menos uma das abas, tais como, por exemplo: abas do tipo mais tipo (11, 12, 13), abas triangulares (14) ou abas triangulares manipuladas (15) tal como uma aba dobrada sobre si mesma (15a) ou uma aba de tira (15b).
