Abstract

balcão de checkout com sistema de leitura, conferência, sanitização e monitoramento, aplicado em supermercados e similares. o balcão de checkout com sistema de leitura, conferência, sanitização e monitoramento, aplicado em supermercados e similares, objeto da presente invenção, compreende um novo formato operativo aplicado aos balcões de checkout (100) que apresenta um leitor automático (20) de produtos com alto índice de leitura combinado com um túnel sanitizante (30) que tem por objetivo aplicar uma substância química que elimina vírus e bactérias, gerando maior segurança aos clientes de forma a reduzir ações de higienização dos produtos quando os clientes chegarem em suas residências. além disso, o balcão de checkout (100) será dotado por um par de câmeras (50) e (60), sendo uma voltada para o corredor de passagem do cliente onde verifica itens dentro do carrinho com sistema de alerta para o operador e uma segunda câmera voltada para a fila do caixa com objetivo de verificar o distanciamento social entre os clientes e a utilização de máscaras, além de contabilizar o número de clientes e o tempo médio de espera em fila para auxiliar na gestão dos varejistas. este novo sistema operativo aplicado em balcões de checkout garante uma operação unificada que gera uma significante redução de custos para os varejistas devido a um único operador poder operar dois ou mais caixas de forma a otimizar toda a operação.checkout counter with reading, checking, sanitization and monitoring system, applied in supermarkets and similar. the checkout counter with a reading, checking, sanitization and monitoring system, applied in supermarkets and the like, object of the present invention, comprises a new operational format applied to checkout counters (100) that features an automatic reader (20) of products with high reading index combined with a sanitizing tunnel (30) that aims to apply a chemical substance that eliminates viruses and bacteria, generating greater safety for customers in order to reduce product hygiene actions when customers arrive at their homes. Furthermore, the checkout counter (100) will be equipped with a pair of cameras (50) and (60), one facing the customer's passage corridor where it checks items inside the cart with an alert system for the operator and one second camera facing the checkout line with the aim of verifying social distancing between customers and the use of masks, in addition to counting the number of customers and the average waiting time in line to assist in the management of retailers. This new operating system applied to checkout counters guarantees a unified operation that generates a significant cost reduction for retailers due to a single operator being able to operate two or more cashiers in order to optimize the entire operation.
