Abstract
LINHA DE PLATAFORMA PARA COLHEITA DE MILHO E SIMILARES. A linha de plataforma para colheita de milho e similares, objeto da presente invenção, compreende uma linha de plataforma com uma caixa de transmissão (30) com número reduzido de engrenagens e dotada por uma corrente (11) com canecas (11) que movimentam uma ou mais rosetas (22) dotadas com dedos (221) puxadores, permitindo o direcionamento e carregamento das espigas para dentro da colheitadeira, o que reduz a quantidade de componentes. A plataforma possui rolos puxadores (15) e (23) dotados por diâmetros diferentes que favorecem a remoção de um volume maior de folhas e talos ao redor das espigas de milho porque o rolo menor fica mais próximo das chapas despigadoras, diminuindo assim a sobrecarga do sistema de trilha das colheitadeiras e o consumo de combustível, além de aumentar o rendimento de área colhida. Esta nova forma construtiva aplicada na plataforma de colheita de milho promove uma redução significativa de peso e do custo fabril, devido a possibilitar a fabricação de plataformas com um número maior de linhas e maior largura, aumentando seu rendimento.
