Abstract

MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM RECEPTÁCULO COMPOSTÁVEL PARA PRODUTOS DE INFUSÃO, ESTAÇÃO DE CONFORMAÇÃO, MÁQUINA PARA FAZER RECEPTÁCULOS COMPOSTÁVEIS PARA PRODUTOS DE INFUSÃO, E, RECEPTÁCULO COMPOSTÁVEL PARA PRODUTOS DE INFUSÃO. Um método para fabricar um receptáculo compostável para produtos de infusão contempla preparar uma primeira (2) e uma segunda folha (3) feita de material biodegradável com propriedades de barreira de gás, conformar a primeira (2) e a segunda folha (3) de forma a fazer pelo menos uma primeira (2a) e uma segunda porção côncava (3a), preenchendo a primeira porção côncava (2a) com uma quantidade predeterminada (4) de produto de infusão e juntando a primeira porção côncava (2a) à segunda porção côncava (3a) de forma que as respectivas concavidades sejam opostas uma à outra e definam um revestimento para o produto de infusão. As etapas de conformação da primeira (2) e da segunda folha (3) contemplam umedecer pelo menos uma primeira porção da primeira folha (2) e uma segunda porção da dita segunda folha (3), configurando a primeira e a segunda porção de forma a fazer a primeira (2a) e a segunda porção côncava (3a) e secar a primeira (2a) e a segunda porção côncava (3a). Também são descritas uma estação de conformação, uma máquina para fazer receptáculos compostáveis e o receptáculo compostável em si.
