Abstract

A presente invenção se refere a um ciclone para a separação de partículas sólidas e/ou pelo menos de um líquido a partir de um fluido, apresentando um alojamento (2, 3), uma abertura de entrada (6) para introdução do fluido juntamente com as partículas sólidas e/ou o pelo menos um líquido para o alojamento (2, 3), uma porta de descarga (4) para as partículas sólidas e/ou o pelo menos um líquido, um tubo de imersão (12) para descarga do fluido a partir do alojamento (2, 3), e pelo menos duas ventoinhas (palhetas) de guia (10a, 10b). Cada ventoinha de guia (10a, 10b) mostra uma forma geométrica com pelo menos três bordas (e1, e2, e3). Adicionalmente, cada ventoinha de guia (10a, 10b) é diretamente ou indiretamente fixada para o alojamento (2, 3) com a pelo menos uma borda (e3) em um ponto de fixação, por intermédio do que uma área (a) é definida como a área de seção transversal do alojamento (2, 3) interceptando as bordas fixadas (e3). Em adição, cada ventoinha de guia (10a, 10b) mostra pelo menos duas bordas (e1) e (e2) que são não fixadas para o alojamento (2, 3), por intermédio do que a primeira borda (e1) possui uma distância (d1) e a segunda borda (e2) possui uma distância (d2), e por intermédio do que (d1) < (d2) para a linha central (c) do alojamento (2, 3). Em concordância com a presente invenção, a primeira borda (e1) mostra uma distância (|1) para a área (a) e a segunda borda (e2) mostra uma distância (|2), por intermédio do que (|2) > 1,25*(|1).
