Abstract
um método incluindo a geração de modelos de elemento computacional integrado (ice) e a determinação de uma resposta de sensor como a projeção de um espectro convoluído associado a uma biblioteca de amostra com uma pluralidade de perfis de transmissão determinados a partir dos modelos de ice é fornecido. o método inclui a determinação de um vetor de regressão baseado em uma regressão multilinear que visa uma característica de amostra com a resposta de sensor e a biblioteca de amostra e determina uma pluralidade de coeficientes de regressão em uma combinação linear de vetores de transmissão de ice que resulta no vetor de regressão. o método inclui ainda a determinação de uma diferença entre o vetor de regressão e um vetor de regressão ideal. o método pode incluir também a modificação dos modelos de ice quando a diferença for maior que uma tolerância, e a fabricação de ices com base nos modelos de ice quando a diferença estiver dentro da tolerância. um dispositivo e um sistema para análise óptica, incluindo vários ices fabricados como acima também são fornecidos.
