Abstract
a invenção se refere a um método de união de painéis para formar um conjunto de painel, que compreende as seguintes etapas: - fornecer um primeiro painel (10) com uma porção de corpo (11) e uma porção de extremidade (12), e um segundo painel (20) com uma porção de corpo (21) e uma porção de extremidade (22); - fornecer um primeiro filme adesivo estrutural (30) e um segundo filme adesivo estrutural (31); - aplicar o primeiro filme adesivo estrutural (30) a um lado superior da porção de extremidade (22) do segundo painel (20), e aplicar o segundo filme adesivo estrutural (31) a um lado inferior da porção de extremidade (22) do segundo painel (20); - colocar os dois painéis (10 e 20) juntos e dobrar a porção de extremidade (12) do primeiro painel (10) em torno da porção de extremidade (22) do segundo painel (10), de modo que a porção de extremidade (12) se estende de maneira essencialmente paralela à porção de corpo (11) do primeiro painel (10), encerrando assim a porção de extremidade (22) do segundo painel, e - de modo que o primeiro filme adesivo estrutural (30) está posicionado entre o lado superior da porção de extremidade (22) do segundo painel (20) e a porção de extremidade (12) do primeiro painel (10), e que o segundo filme de adesivo estrutural (31) está posicionado entre o lado superior da porção de extremidade (22) do se-gundo painel (20) e a porção de corpo (11) do primeiro painel (10); - aquecer o conjunto acima da temperatura de ativação da primeira (10) e da segunda fita adesiva estrutural (20);sendo que o primeiro filme adesivo estrutural (10) difere do segundo filme adesivo estrutural (20).
