um método de sintonização de intervalo de tempo de transmissão (tti) adaptativo com base em informação tcp é proposto. primeiro, um procedimento para entrega de informação tcp entre enb e emissor tcp/recebedor tcp é revelado. a informação tcp compreende status tcp, tamanho de janela de congestionamento (cwnd) tcp, atraso de ida e volta tcp, limiar ss tcp, índice tcp e indicação de evento tcp. segundo, vários métodos para enb configurar tti com informação tcp de ue e/ou informação de armazenamento temporário são revelados. um primeiro método é detecção de saturação que inclui detecção de saturação baseada em status de armazenamento temporário e detecção de saturação baseada em cwnd. um segundo método é liberação de armazenamento temporário voraz. um terceiro método é o método de seleção de tti baseado em estado tcp.
