Abstract
um objetivo da presente invenção é proporcionar um método para produzir uma solução sacarificada tornando possível que enquanto a concentração de um sólido em um reator é mantida elevada em uma fase inicial de hidrólise de uma celulose contida em uma biomassa com uma enzima, a biomassa é solubilizada anteriormente para ser transformada em uma forma de pasta fluida. no método para produzir uma solução sacarificada da invenção, em um estágio inicial de mistura de uma solução aquosa contendo uma biomassa pulverizada em um reator, e uma hidrolase de celulose, a solução aquosa é vertida no reator, e então a biomassa pulverizada é fornecida etapa a etapa enquanto um conteúdo no reator é agitado. uma concentração sólida final no reator é colocada na faixa de 15 a 30%, ambas inclusivamente em massa. um plano de fundo do reator é feito em uma forma cônica ou em uma forma de placa espelhada. pelo menos nas partes superior e inferior do interior do reator, estão localizados vários ventiladores de agitação com um longo raio de rotação para agitar o conteúdo no reator.
