são fornecidos método e aparelho de transmissão de serviços. o método compreende: primeira estação móvel que obtém n conjuntos de parâmetros de alocação de recursos, em que cada um dos conjuntos de parâmetros de alocação de recursos compreende pelo menos um parâmetro de alocação de recursos e n é maior ou igual a 2; a primeira estação móvel determina segundo conjunto de parâmetros de alocação de recursos a partir dos n conjuntos de parâmetros de alocação de recursos; a primeira estação móvel determina segundo recurso alvo; a primeira estação móvel envia para segunda estação móvel informações de indicação sobre o segundo conjunto de parâmetros de alocação de recursos e informações de indicação sobre o segundo recurso alvo; e a primeira estação móvel transmite, de acordo com o segundo conjunto de parâmetros de alocação de recursos, segundo serviço, em que a segunda estação móvel utiliza o segundo recurso alvo. o método pode atender, de forma rápida e flexível, a diferentes necessidades de diferentes serviços em programação semipersistente.
