Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um sensor de padrão térmico (100) compreendendo uma pluralidade de pixels (102), cada pixel (102) compreendendo pelo menos uma capacitância piroelétrica formada por pelo menos uma porção de material piroelétrico (106) disposto entre um eletrodo inferior (108) e um eletrodo superior (110), no qual um (108) dos eletrodos inferior e superior corresponde a um eletrodo para ler o pixel (102) e em que um elemento de aquecimento que pode aquecer a porção de material piroelétrico (106) da capacitância piroelétrica do referido pixel (102) por efeito joule durante uma medição do padrão térmico pela capacitância piroelétrica do referido pixel (102) é formada por outro (110) dos eletrodos inferior e superior.
