Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a uma camada de distribuição de captação não tecida compreendendo: a) mantas cardadas em camadas em que a primeira camada compreende uma manta cardada com fibras de alto denier, em que o denier é maior do que cerca de 5d e uma segunda camada compreendendo uma manta cardada com fibras de baixo denier, em que o denier é menor que cerca de 5d e está posicionada logo abaixo e em contato direto com a primeira camada; e b) uma camada de deflexão compreendendo uma manta não tecida fibrosa em que a manta não tecida fibrosa tem pelo menos um componente compreendendo meltblown, o referido meltblown tendo uma gramatura de cerca de 15 g/m² a cerca de 50 g/m² e tendo uma permeabilidade ao ar de cerca de 45 pés3/min/pé2 a cerca de 350 pés3/min/pé2; e em que a camada de deflexão está posicionada imediatamente abaixo e em contato direto com a referida segunda camada da referida manta cardada em camadas.
