Abstract
é fornecida uma junta roscada para tubos de aço que assegura um bom desempenho de vedação e reduz a corrosão da fenda. uma junta roscada inclui um pino (10) e uma caixa (20). o pino (10) inclui uma primeira superfície de ressalto (11), uma primeira rosca macho (14), uma segunda superfície de ressalto (18) e uma segunda rosca macho (17). a caixa (20) inclui uma primeira superfície de ressalto (21), uma primeira rosca fêmea (24), uma segunda superfície de ressalto (28) e uma segunda rosca fêmea (27). supondo que a distância entre as superfícies de ressalto do pino (10) seja representada como lpin e a distância entre as superfícies de ressalto da caixa (20) é representada como lcaixa, e a interferência (delta minúsculo)shld é definida pela equação (1) dada abaixo, então, a junta roscada é construída de tal forma que as equações (2) e (3) indicadas abaixo são satisfeitas. nas equações (2) e (3), p é o ângulo de rosca da primeira rosca macho (14), (delta maiúsculo)min e (delta maiúsculo)max são os limites inferior e superior, respectivamente, para a diferença entre o número de rotações de aperto e (lambda) é o alongamento da porção do pino (10) localizado mais próximo da ponta do que se encontra a segunda superfície de ressalto (18).
