Abstract
um processo para a produção de peróxido de hidrogênio pelo processo-ao que compreende as seguintes etapas: (a) hidrogenação de uma solução de trabalho compreendendo pelo menos um composto de quinona selecionado de antraquinona (aq) e seus derivados para obter pelo menos um composto de hidroquinona correspondente; (b) oxidação do dito pelo menos um composto de hidroquinona para obter peróxido de hidrogênio; e (c) extração do dito peróxido de hidrogênio, durante e/ou subsequentemente à dita etapa de oxidação; em que o processo-ao é caracterizado pelo fato de que a hidrogenação do pelo menos um composto de quinona é realizada através da mistura de uma solução de trabalho compreendendo o composto de quinona com hidrogênio ou um gás contendo hidrogênio em um ou mais reatores com minicanais; e/ou a oxidação do pelo menos um composto de hidroquinona é realizada através da mistura de uma solução de trabalho compreendendo o composto de hidroquinona com oxigênio ou um gás contendo oxigênio em um ou mais reatores com minicanais; e adicionalmente caracterizado pelo fato de que o processo-ao que usa pelo menos um dos ditos reatores de minicanais na hidrogenação (a) e/ou na oxidação (b) está adaptado para obter uma solução aquosa de peróxido de hidrogênio que está pelo menos parcialmente pronta para ser usada no mesmo local da indústria que o dito processo-ao, quer diretamente após resultar da extração (c) ou, opcionalmente, após um armazenamento no mesmo local, em outro processo industrial no dito local da indústria que envolve o uso de um peróxido de hidrogênio aquoso.a process for the production of hydrogen peroxide by the process comprising the following steps: (a) hydrogenating a working solution comprising at least one anthraquinone-selected quinone compound (aq) and derivatives thereof to obtain at least one compound of corresponding hydroquinone; (b) oxidizing said at least one hydroquinone compound to obtain hydrogen peroxide; and (c) extracting said hydrogen peroxide during and / or subsequent to said oxidation step; wherein the steel process is characterized in that the hydrogenation of at least one quinone compound is accomplished by mixing a working solution comprising the quinone compound with hydrogen or a hydrogen-containing gas in one or more multichannel reactors. ; and / or oxidizing the at least one hydroquinone compound is accomplished by mixing a working solution comprising the hydroquinone compound with oxygen or an oxygen-containing gas in one or more mini-channel reactors; and further characterized by the fact that the process using at least one of said mini-channel reactors in hydrogenation (a) and / or oxidation (b) is adapted to obtain an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution that is at least partially ready to be used at the same industry site as the said process, either directly after extraction (c) or, optionally, after storage at the same site, in another industrial process at said industry site involving the use of an aqueous hydrogen peroxide.
