Abstract

é descrito um método de fabricação de cabo de micromódulo aéreo (2) com excesso de comprimento de um núcleo óptico (8), em que o cabo compreende uma cobertura de cabo (3) que define uma cavidade (6) na qual é disposto o núcleo óptico (8), o mencionado cabo possui dois membros de resistência rígidos (4a, 4b) embutidos na parede da cobertura (3); em que o método compreende a orientação do cabo (2) sobre uma roda (26); em que um primeiro plano (p1) que intersecciona o centro de gravidade (c1) da cavidade de cabo (6) é paralelo a um segundo plano (p2) que intersecciona os dois membros de resistência rígidos, os mencionados primeiro e segundo planos (p1, p2) são compensados entre si e, durante a mencionada orientação, os dois membros de resistência rígidos (4a, 4b) encontram-se em posição mais próxima da roda (26) que o primeiro plano (p1), de forma a fazer com que o núcleo óptico (8) possua excesso de comprimento de núcleo de pelo menos 0,05%.
