métodos e sistemas para a implementação de manutenção com base em condicionamento (condition based maintenance, cbm) de sistemas e equipamentos de fundo de poço, incluindo ferramentas de perfuração, ferramentas de cabo wireline e ferramentas de produção são apresentados nesta divulgação. a abordagem com base em cbm apresentada combina o uso de uma distribuição de vida-útil de ferramenta com um modelo de aceleração da vida-útil em relação ao desgaste e um modelo de dano acumulado para explicar níveis de desgaste variáveis durante uma operação de ferramenta. a metodologia cbm apresentada neste documento prevê um sistema de manutenção mais eficaz baseado na utilização direta de dados de campo, de modo que uma manutenção adequada possa ser realizada em tempo apropriado, otimizando assim uma frequência de manutenção.
