Abstract
é descrito um método, em uma função de controle da sessão da chamada de proxy, p-cscf, de manipulação de uma chamada de emergência não autenticada que origina-se a partir de um equipamento de usuário, ue, em roaming que não é anexada na p-cscf. a p-cscf recebe uma solicitação sip invite a partir do ue, a solicitação invite se relacionando à chamada de emergência não autenticada, e determina um endereço ip do ue. a p-cscf envia uma consulta de identidade para uma função de regras de política e cobrança, pcrf, que indica o endereço ip do ue e que solicita outros identificadores do ue; e recebe um ou mais outros identificadores do ue a partir da pcrf. a p-cscf constrói um identificador de recurso uniforme, uri, tel e/ou sip para o ue com base em pelo menos um dos ditos outros identificadores, insere o uri na solicitação sip invite, e envia a solicitação sip invite para um ponto de resposta de segurança pública, psap. também são providos correspondentes métodos em outros nós e para chamadas de emergência autenticadas, e aparelho para implementar os métodos.
