Abstract
a invenção se refere a um método para descarregar detritos de uma montagem de válvula disposta em uma linha de fluido. a montagem de válvula compreende ao menos duas unidades reguladoras de fluxo dispostas em série entre uma entrada e uma saída da montagem de válvula. a pressão de entrada é maior do que a pressão de saída, e cada unidade reguladora de fluxo tem um elemento de mola e uma abertura é disposta em cada unidade reguladora de fluxo que é inicialmente estabelecida como uma abertura mínima que faz o fluido passar de um lado de cada unidade reguladora de fluxo para o outro lado da unidade reguladora de fluxo. o elemento de mola regula a abertura em resposta à diferença de pressão na unidade reguladora de fluxo. o método compreende as etapas abaixo no caso em que ao menos uma das aberturas é obstruída: equalizar a pressão na outra unidade(s) reguladora de fluxo a jusante e a montante da abertura obstruída; e dispor de uma diferença de pressão na unidade reguladora de fluxo onde ocorre a obstrução, cuja diferença de pressão excede a força da mola e aumenta a abertura da unidade reguladora de fluxo para a descarga dos detritos. a invenção também se refere a uma montagem de válvula, à utilização da montagem de válvula e a uma montagem de válvula de injeção de fluido.
