a presente invenção refere-se a um método de processamento de varreduras de tomografia de coerência óptica (oct) da pele de um indivíduo, o método compreendendo: recebimento de uma pluralidade de varreduras da pele do indivíduo, as varreduras representando um sinal de oct em faixas da pele do usuário em diferentes momentos; comparação das varreduras para determinar regiões que variam no tempo nas varreduras; determinação de uma distribuição em profundidade das regiões que variam no tempo.
