Abstract

esta invenção se refere à indústria de energia elétrica, e pode ser usada em geradores de vapor horizontais para usinas nucleares (npp) com um reator energético de água-água (vver). reivindica-se um tubo de comunicação de refrigerante de circuito primário de gerador de vapor com tubos em formato de u de um feixe de troca de calor horizontal projetado como um vaso soldado de parede espessa com uma parte cilíndrica central perfurada projetada com a finalidade de permitir a instalação a afixação de um feixe de tubos de troca de calor em formato de u na mesma, em que os tubos são agrupados em bancos e separados por túneis intertubulares verticais, uma parte cilíndrica inferior projetada para permitir a conexão soldada com o cano de conexão de vaso de gerador de vapor, e uma parte cilíndrica superior com um adaptador cônico à conexão de flange do poço de inspeção com tampa, em que o diâmetro externo de tubo de comunicação de circuito primário dhead na parte central é selecionado com base na seguinte razão: , · v + 100 = d = 2· 2· v2· - 1 · + · - ¿ head v · + · - · + 100 ¿ ¿ em que: sh é o espaçamento entre tubos de troca de calor na fileira de feixe de troca de calor horizontal, mm, ¿2 é a largura do túnel de feixe de troca de calor até o tubo de comunicação de refrigerante, mm, d é o diâmetro de tubo de troca de calor externo, mm, n1 e n2 indicam o número de tubos na fileira horizontal dos bancos de tubos de troca de calor menores e maiores, em conformidade, mm, r¿ é o raio de enviesamento mínimo dos tubos de feixe de 2/2 troca de calor, mm. os orifícios para afixação dos tubos de troca de calor são escalonados na parte cilíndrica central do tubo de comunicação de modo que a distância entre bordas dos orifícios adjacentes não seja menor do que 5,5 mm ao longo da superfície interna do tubo de comunicação. o resultado técnico da invenção envolve garantia de resistência das pontes de parede de tubo de comunicação entre orifícios para afixação de tubos de troca de calor e estanqueidade das conexões de tubo de troca de calor com o tubo de comunicação presumindo que a superfície externa da parte de tubo de comunicação perfurada é usada de modo mais eficaz (completamente) para tubagem.
