Abstract
um dispositivo de conversão de vídeo em código com capacidade para selecionar, dentre múltiplos espaços de cor, um espaço de cor de um sinal de erro de previsão em unidades de bloco codifica-das, e que inclui o seguinte: uma parte de derivação de deslocação de quantização de crominância adaptável para derivar uma deslocação de quantização para cada espaço de cor; e uma parte de quantização inversa que realiza quantização inversa em uma imagem de coeficiente de quantização com o uso da deslocação de quantização de crominância para cada espaço de cor.
