Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a uma cabeça de soldagem para soldagem de pulso magnético de perfil de parede fina oco para um membro interno possuindo uma forma externa complementar para referido perfil de parede fina oco. em concordância com a presente invenção, a cabeça de solda compreende duas metades de cabeça de solda movíveis (10a, 10b) formando referida cabeça de solda em que cada metade possui pelo menos uma bobina de indução individual (12a, 12b) conectada para uma fonte de energia independentemente a partir da outra metade de cabeça de solda, com bobinas enroladas em uma configuração de rim. a peça de trabalho é travada (apertada) entre formadores (15a, 15b) integrados com cada metade. com esta cabeça de solda se poderia, por exemplo, possibilitar que peças de trabalho, tais como perfis de parede fina tubulares viessem a ser soldados, até mesmo se as mesmas são integradas em um projeto (design) tubular fechado, na medida em que a cabeça de solda poderia ser fechada rapidamente ao longo da (sobre a) posição de soldagem e poderia ser aberta para liberação da peça de trabalho sem experimentação de arqueamento em área de travamento (área de aperto).
