Abstract
o dispositivo pode ser usado para a seleção in vitro de células eucarióticas, particularmente espermatozoides (sp). ele compreende um canal de transporte (100), de preferência um canal de transporte de tr (100), no qual uma solução contendo tais células eucarióticas pode circular (sp), uma primeira passagem transversal (104) desembocando em tal canal de transporte (100), uma fonte de radiação eletromagnética (60), acoplada à primeira extremidade de uma primeira fibra óptica (61), com a outra extremidade de emissão (61b) da primeira fibra óptica inserida em tal primeira passagem transversal (104), sem projetar no canal de transporte (100). o dispositivo compreende ainda meios de controle eletrônicos (7) que possibilitam o controle automático de tal fonte de radiação eletromagnética (60) de modo a alterar seletivamente as células eucarióticas (sp) circulando no canal de transporte (100) através da radiação eletromagnética de alteração (r) emitida pela fonte de radiação eletromagnética (60).
