a invenção se refere a um método para produzir uma bobina em forma enrolada (44) para instalação em um núcleo de estator laminado (40) de um gerador síncrono (1) de uma turbina eólica sem engrenagens (100), compreendendo as etapas de cortar pelo menos um primeiro condutor de tira plano a partir de uma chapa de metal com uma primeira porção de tira de fenda (48), para inserção em uma primeira fenda (42) do núcleo laminado (40), cortar pelo menos um segundo condutor de tira plano a partir de uma chapa de metal com uma segunda porção de tira de fenda, para inserção em uma segunda fenda (42) do núcleo laminado (40), e angular para longe o primeiro e/ou segundo condutor de tira cortado de uma tal maneira de modo a criar uma porção de cabeça de enrolamento angulada para longe (52), para conexão da primeira e segunda porções de tira de fenda (48).
