Abstract
a invenção refere-se a um método de montagem de palhetas (10) na periferia de um disco de motor de turbina (12), em que o disco (12) compreende soquetes que se estendem de modo alternado com dentes, em que as palhetas (10) compreendem respectivamente: raízes projetadas para serem inseridas nos soquetes, bases (26) e pás (24) que conectam as raízes às bases. de acordo com a invenção, o método compreende as etapas que consistem em: (a) posicionar as palhetas (10) de modo que a raiz de cada palheta seja axialmente oposta a um dos soquetes no disco; (b) fornecer uma ferramenta de montagem (50) que apresenta uma peça de extremidade (40) de um formato parcialmente complementar à base (26) de uma das palhetas; (c) fazer com que a peça de extremidade (40) da ferramenta de montagem (50) coopere com a base (26) da palheta; (d) girar a base (26) da palheta por um movimento rotacional (54) da ferramenta de montagem (50); e (e) inserir axialmente a raiz da palheta no soquete do disco.
