trata-se de um método para reconstruir um componente de ruído de um sinal de fala/áudio e um aparelho. o método inclui: receber um fluxo de bits, e decodificar o fluxo de bits, para obter um sinal de fala/áudio (101); determinar um primeiro sinal de fala/áudio de acordo com o sinal de fala/áudio (102); determinar um símbolo de cada valor de amostra no primeiro sinal de fala/áudio e um valor de amplitude de cada valor de amostra no primeiro sinal de fala/áudio (103); determinar um comprimento de normalização adaptativo (104); determinar um valor de amplitude ajustado de cada valor de amostra de acordo com o comprimento de normalização adaptativo e o valor de amplitude de cada valor de amostra (105); e determinar um segundo sinal de fala/áudio de acordo com o símbolo de cada valor de amostra e o valor de amplitude ajustado de cada valor de amostra (106).
