Abstract
SISTEMA DE ACIONAMENTO. A invenção em questão se refere a um sistema de acionamento, em particular, para o emprego na tecnologia de transporte e na indústria de gêneros alimentícios, com um eixo fixo (1), um motor elétrico (2), o qual apresenta um rotor (3), que pode girar em torno do eixo, e um estator (6), com uma transmissão (16) para a redução do número de rotações do rotor (3), e um tambor (13) que pode ser acionado pela transmissão (16) com um número de rotações reduzido que pode girar de modo concêntrico em torno do eixo, sendo que o rotor (3) e a transmissão (16) estão dispostos dentro do tambor (13) e sendo que o estator (6) do motor elétrico (2) está disposto fora do tambor (13). De preferência, o estator (6) envolve total ou parcialmente o tambor (13), isto é, em essência, na área (B) na qual o rotor (3) está disposto dentro do tambor (13). Também pode ser vantajoso se o estator (6) envolver apenas parcialmente o tambor (13), em particular, na forma de uma semiconcha (25), abranger somente 180° ou menos de uma circunferência externa (15) do tambor (13). Apesar da reduzida necessidade de espaço, a invenção permite a transmissão de grandes momentos de torção com número de rotações relativamente pequeno, e não exige quaisquer linhas de alimentação elétrica das partes rotativas ou passagens elétricas em espaços com lubrificantes. Isso permite um emprego da invenção, em particular, em sistemas de transporte e, bem particularmente, na indústria de gêneros alimentícios com existência de altas exigências de higiene e limpeza.
