Abstract

MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA AUXILIAR TRÁFEGO DE REDE. A User Equipment (UE) for communicating with an eNB in an LTE network is described, the UE comprising: EPS bearers, at least one of which is configured with a TFT, the TFT including one or more packet filters; a transmitter for transmitting traffic over the LTE network to the eNB, the traffic having packets; and logic for configuring the one or more packet filters for uplink transmission with an indicator, where the indicator identifies whether packets in the traffic are watched. A Public Data Network Gateway (PGW) is described comprising: logic for associating a packet filter in an uplink traffic flow with a packet filter in a downlink traffic flow; and logic to label packets for downlink traffic as attended or unattended in the downlink traffic flow when the associated packet filter of the uplink traffic flow is identified as attended or unattended, respectively.
