Abstract

MANIPULAÇÃO DE CONTEÚDO SENSÍVEL AO TEMPO EM ARMAZENADOR TEMPORÁRIO DE TRANSMISSÃO CONTÍNUA ADAPTATIVA. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo cliente que transmite continuamente conteúdo a partir de um servidor de transmissão contínua via um armazenador temporário, com o conteúdo contendo segmentos de conteúdo solicitado e segmentos de conteúdo sensível ao tempo (TSC). O dispositivo cliente varre metadados associados com o armazenador temporário para determinar se uma ocorrência de TSC no armazenador temporário é ótima. Em resposta à determinação de que uma dada ocorrência de TSC no armazenador temporário não é ótima, substituir a dada ocorrência de TSC com uma ocorrência de substituição de TSC armazenada no dispositivo cliente.
