Abstract
MÉTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA PRECISÃO ADAPTATIVA DE VETOR DE MOVIMENTO É revelado um método para precisão adaptativa de MV. De acordo com uma modalidade, a decisão de usar ou não usar a precisão adaptativa de MV para o bloco corrente é determinada de acordo com um modo de predição/tipo de partição do bloco corrente. Se é usada a precisão adaptativa de MV, é determinada uma precisão de MV corrente para um MV corrente do bloco corrente, e o MV corrente é codificado ou decodificado com a precisão de MV corrente. Se não é usada a precisão adaptativa de MV, o MV corrente é codificado ou decodificado com uma precisão de MV mais fina. Em outra modalidade, é selecionado um valor de sinalizador de precisão adaptativa de MV corrente para um bloco corrente para indicar quando utilizar ou não utilizar a precisão adaptativa de MV para um bloco corrente de acordo com um modo de predição/tipo de partição do bloco corrente.
