Abstract

SISTEMAS E MÉTODOS PARA SEPARAÇÃO SUBMARINA DA FASE DE FLUIDO. Sistemas e métodos para separação submarina da fase de fluido. Uma modalidade bifásica do sistema de separação submarina de fluido separa um fluxo polifásico em fases de gás e líquido. Uma modalidade trifásica do sistema de separação submarina de fluido separa o fluxo polifásico em fases de gás, óleo e água. Os sistemas de separação submarina de fluido incluem um sistema de desareador da cabeça do poço para remover os sólidos do fluxo polifásico, um módulo de separação de gás e líquido vertical tendo válvulas associadas dispostas em série com um módulo de separação de gás e líquido horizontal tendo válvulas associadas, uma ou mais bombas para prover o fluxo do fluido para os separadores vertical e horizontal e um sistema de controle para controlar a operação das válvulas e das bombas. A modalidade trifásica ainda inclui separadores de óleo e água e hidrociclones de múltiplos estágios para tratamento da água produzida em um ambiente submarino.
