Abstract

A presente invenção se refere a métodos, a sistemas e a dispositivos para selecionar e para configurar esquemas de modulação e de codificação. Um dispositivo de comunicação móvel inclui um componente de tabela, um componente de seleção de tabela e um componente de comunicação. O componente de tabela é configurado para manter duas ou mais tabelas respectivamente apresentando entradas para uma pluralidade de esquemas de modulação disponíveis. As duas ou mais tabelas incluem uma tabela padrão e uma tabela secundária. A tabela padrão e tabela secundária apresentam um número correspondente de entradas e a tabela secundária inclui uma entrada correspondente a um esquema de 256-QAM.
