Abstract

MÉTODOS PARA AUTOPROTEÇÃO DE UM DISPOSITIVO E DISPOSITIVO DE AUTOPROTEÇÃO USANDO UMA CHAVE DE SEGURANÇA GERADA USANDO DADOS DENTRO DO DISPOSITIVO DISPONÍVEIS ANTES DE LIGAR. São fornecidos sistemas e métodos para proteger um dispositivo de autoproteção e as informações que são armazenadas na memória dentro do dispositivo. O dispositivo de autoproteção compreende uma unidade processadora e memória externa à unidade processadora. A unidade processadora contém um processador e memória de unidade processadora. Mediante a inicialização do dispositivo de autoproteção, a unidade processadora determina se uma chave de segurança está armazenada na memória de unidade processadora. Se nenhuma chave de segurança estiver armazenada, então, a unidade processadora gera uma chave de segurança e armazena a mesma na memória de unidade processadora. A unidade processadora usa a chave de segurança para descriptografar as informações lidas a partir da memória externa à unidade processadora e para criptografar as informações a serem armazenadas na memória externa à unidade processadora.
