Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e a um método de aumentar a resolução de sensor de resistência. o aparelho compreende: uma fonte de corrente variável (104) que produz uma corrente variável em resposta a um valor de corrente analógica; um dispositivo de resistência variável (102) que gera uma voltagem associada com a corrente variável, onde a resistência variável possui um valor de resistência baixo e um valor de resistência alto; e um controlador (108) que recebe um valor de voltagem associado com a corrente e gera um valor de corrente associado com o valor de corrente ana-lógico, onde o valor de corrente resulta em um aumento na resolução de uma faixa entre o valor de resistência baixo e um valor de resistência alto. além do método de aumentar a resolução de detecção de re-sistência é descrito um novo método de sensor de resistência com um controlador.
