Abstract

SISTEMA DE CÉLULAS INTEGRAIS PARA A BIOCATÁLISE DE MONO-OXIGENASES DE CITOCROMO P450. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de catálise de células integrais para converter substratos de mono-oxigenases de citocromo P450 de origem eucariótica em produtos biotecnológicos valiosos. O objeto da presente invenção também se refere a micro-organismos projetados geneticamente para obter essas biotransformações com razões elevadas e processos para a preparação dessas cepas de micro-organismos.
