The connector mechanism also includes a sensor cartridge comprising a cartridge housing including a probe component. The sensor cartridge may be configured to be at least partially inserted through the distal end open within the inner channel of the detector body. The sensor cartridge may also include a second electrical connection having at least a second contact element configured to correspond with the first contact element. The sensor cartridge may also include a second key member which is located at a fixed location with respect to the second contact element. the first and second key elements engage each other before the first and second contact elements engage each other.
