resumo patente de invenção: "dispositivo e processo para a remoção de um material que jorra a partir do leito do mar". a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (1) para a remoção de um material (4) que jorra a partir do leito do mar (2), no qual o referido dispositivo é constituído de um invólucro externo (6) e um dispositivo de guia em formato de tubulação (10) que apresenta uma direção longitudinal, uma superfície lateral e uma multiplicidade de segmentos (12) que podem ser movimentados em uma posição de abertura e uma posição de fechamento, no qual a superfície lateral é fechada na posição de fechamento dos segmentos (12), de modo que o dispositivo de guia (10) permite apenas um fluxo do material (4) ao longo da direção longitudinal e no qual a superfície lateral apresenta, pelo menos, uma abertura na posição de abertura dos segmentos (12).
