Abstract
MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE BEBIDA DE GRÃO DE SOJA HOMOGENEIZADA SEM PERDA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e um aparelho para a produção de uma bebida de soja em um ambiente de processo não de oxidação. Grãos de soja e água são misturados em um pulverizador para a produção de uma polpa, a qual então é alimentada através de um misturador de homogeneização para a produção de um produto de bebida final com características desejadas. The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for producing a soy beverage in a non-oxidation process environment. Soybeans and water are mixed in a pulverizer to produce a pulp, which is then fed through a homogenizing mixer to produce a final beverage product with desired characteristics. The apparatus can be housed in a tamper-proof container with input and output connections for a user interface.
