resumo patente de invenção: "método e aparelho para ajustar a qualidade de vídeo com base em ambiente de rede". a presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho para ajustar a qualidade de vídeo com base em um ambiente de rede. o método inclui: receber um número de série de quadro alvo de um quadro de vídeo perdido de um terminal, e utilizar o tempo quando o número de série de quadro alvo é recebido como uma estampa de tempo do número de série de quadro alvo; determinar o número de números de série de quadro alvo que correspondem às estampas de tempo dentro de um período de tempo predefinido; diminuir um parâmetro de qualidade designado de acordo com um critério de configuração predefinido quando o número de números de série de quadro alvo for maior do que um primeiro limite; ou aumentar o parâmetro de qualidade designado de acordo com o critério de configuração predefinido quando o número de números de série de quadro alvo for menor do que um segundo limite, o primeiro limite sendo maior do que o segundo limite. as soluções técnicas da presente descrição asseguram que uma câmera inteligente ajusta os parâmetros de qualidade de vídeo de acordo com um ambiente de rede corrente, e assim assegura que um terminal possa uniformemente reproduzir um vídeo.
