resumo patente de invenção: "método e aparelho para medição profunda de resistividade transiente durante a perfuração". um método para estimar uma propriedade de uma formação de terra penetrada por uma perfuração de poço inclui transportar um tubo de broca através da perfuração do poço e transmitir um sinal para dentro da formação com um transdutor transmissor disposto no tubo da broca. o método inclui ainda receber um primeiro sinal com um primeiro transdutor receptor tendo uma sensibilidade orientada em uma primeira direção e disposto a uma distância axial do transdutor transmissor e recebendo um segundo sinal com um segundo transdutor receptor tendo uma sensibilidade orientada em uma segunda direção diferente da primeira direção e disposto a certa distância axial do transdutor transmissor. o método também inclui calcular um sinal corrigido que corrija, pelo menos, uma dentre flexão e torção do tubo da broca entre o transdutor transmissor e o primeiro e o segundo transdutores receptores usando o primeiro sinal e o segundo sinal, e estimar a propriedade usando o sinal corrigido.
