resumo método para isolamento de ácido chiquímico a partir do material residual do dendezeiro a presente invenção refere-se a um método para isolar ácido chiquímico do resíduo do dendezeiro usando técnicas de absorção de resina e hidrólise. o método compreende as etapas de submeter um material residual do dendezeiro à adsorção em resina para obter um adsorvente contendo isômeros de ácido cafeoilchiquímico, recuperação dos isômeros de ácido cafeoilchiquímico em uma única fração, seguido por submeter a fração única à hidrólise para obter ácido chiquímico e purificação do ácido chiquímico. o método de acordo com a invenção provê boa recuperação de ácido chiquímico e permite que o ácido chiquímico seja purificado usando o método de purificação simples. 1/1Abstract Method for Isolating Shikimic Acid from Oil Palm Residue The present invention relates to a method for isolating shikimic acid from oil palm waste using resin absorption and hydrolysis techniques. The method comprises the steps of subjecting palm oil residual material to resin adsorption to obtain an adsorbent containing caffeoylchimic acid isomers, recovering the caffeoylchimic acid isomers in a single fraction, followed by subjecting the single fraction to hydrolysis to obtain shikimic acid and purification of shikimic acid. The method according to the invention provides good shikimic acid recovery and allows shikimic acid to be purified using the simple purification method. 1/1
