Abstract

NÚCLEO DE TRANSFORMADOR TRIANGULAR EMPILHADO TRIFÁSICO, TRANSFORMADOR E MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM TRANSFORMADOR TRIANGULAR EMPILHADO. Trata-se de um núcleo de transformador triangular empilhado trifásico (10). O transformador tem três pernas (21, 22, 23) e seis peças de garfo (31, 32, 33) entre as mesmas, em que as ditas pernas incluem laminações empilhadas. Em um plano em corte transversal perpendicular a um eixo geométrico central do núcleo do transformador (H), as laminações empilhadas são orientadas na direção substancialmente radial, e cada perna (21, 22, 23) tem duas metades de perna (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b), em que cada metade de perna tem uma pluralidade de cantos externos voltados para uma metade de perna correspondente de uma perna vizinha. Para cada uma das metades de perna, a dita pluralidade de cantos externos fica situada sobre uma respectiva linha reta (P1, P2) dentro de uma tolerância lateral (delta)A, e para cada metade de perna, a linha reta definida por essa metade de perna e a linha reta definida pela metade de perna correspondente da perna vizinha são paralelas.
