resumo patente de invenção: "dispositivo eletrônico inteligente do tipo ponte para roteamento de mensagens entre sub-redes". a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo eletrônico inteligente do tipo ponte (ied) para rotear mensagens goose iec61850 entre sub-redes (sn_1, sn_2 ... sn_n), em que o dispositivo eletrônico inteligente do tipo ponte (ied) compreende a funcionalidade para o mapeamento de sinal e mais de uma interface de comunicação (ci-1, ci-2 ...ci-n), em que cada uma dentre as ditas interfaces de comunicação (ci-1, ci-2 ...ci-n) é concebida como um dispositivo eletrônico inteligente (ied) com o próprio arquivo cid, descrição de ied configurado, de acordo com o requisito iec 61850.
