Abstract
MECANISMO DE REGULAGEM DE INJEÇÃO QUÍMICA, CONJUNTO DE VÁLVULA, CONJUNTO DE DISTRIBUIDOR DE INJEÇÃO QUÍMICA, E MÉTODO PARA REGULAR INJEÇÃO EM UM POÇO Mecanismo de regulagem configurado para fechar automaticamente fluxo de fluido através de uma linha com base na taxa de fluxo que excede um nível predeterminado. Este mecanismo pode ser particularmente benéfico quando empregado em conjunto com sistemas de injeção química de fundo de poços que são d2irigidos para localizações de poço propensas a se tornarem de baixa pressão na natureza. This mechanism can be particularly beneficial when employed in conjunction with downhole chemical injection systems that are targeted at well locations prone to becoming low pressure in nature. That is, in a conventional system, since the inherent pressure at the downhole end of an injection line exceeds that of the adjacent downhole environment, the flow rate of the column of fluid in the line can naturally increase as product chemical is unintentionally dumped into the well. However, the use of the flow-based tuning mechanism detailed in this document can almost automatically prevent this undesirable discharge of chemical into a low pressure well.
