Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UMA CORRENTE DE PRODUTO DE MICROFIBRAS. Um processo para a produção de uma corrente de produto de microfibras, o processo compreendendo: (A) contatar fibras multicomponentes cortadas curtas com um comprimento de menos de 25 milímetros com uma corrente aquosa aquecida em uma zona de mistura para produzir uma pasta fluida de fibras multicomponentes cortadas curtas; (B) encaminhar a pasta fluida de fibras multicomponentes cortadas curtas e, opcionalmente, uma corrente aquosa aquecida, para uma zona de abertura de fibras para remover uma porção do sulfopoliéster dispersível em água para produzir uma pasta fluida de microfibras abertas; e (C) encaminhar a pasta fluida de microfibras abertas para uma zona de separação sólido líquido primária para produzir a corrente de produto de microfibras e uma primeira corrente de licor-mãe.
