Simultaneously, a connecting port (44) is connected to an air valve (15). Air with a pressure greater than the specified tire pressure is supplied to the tubeless tire (12L). While some of the air may leak out, the remainder begins to inflate the tubeless tire (12L). As a result of the tubeless tire (12L) being inflated, a bead (12b) is fitted onto a rim (11a).
