resumo terminal e método de processamento após falha de acesso de terminal a presente invenção fornece um terminal e um método de processamento depois de uma falha de acesso do terminal. o método inclui: estabelecer, por um terminal, uma conexão de rrc com uma primeira célula, onde a primeira célula é uma célula contendo uma plmn selecionada pelo terminal; e registrar, pelo terminal, uma lista de plmn de falha de acesso quando o terminal falha em estabelecer a conexão de rrc com a primeira célula, onde a lista de plmn de falha de acesso inclui a plmn selecionada pelo terminal. de acordo com as modalidades da presente invenção, a exatidão do registro pode ser alcançada, informando assim para uma plmn correta.
