resumo patente de invenção: "mecanismo de fechamento rápido". a invenção refere-se a mecanismo de fechamento rápido (200) montado sobre uma placa lateral (108) de um disjuntor. dito mecanismo compreende um eixo de rotação (202) e um pino ejetor (204). o pino é instalado sobre a placa lateral por meio da rotação do eixo, estendendo-se sobre a placa lateral. o pino compreende uma primeira porção (240) e uma segunda porção (242). a primeira é conectada a um cabo (304) através de uma haste (300), e a segunda localiza-se acima de uma placa de pressão (102). a estrutura de ligação rápida tem um pino adicional comparado ao das estruturas correntes, significando que no estágio preliminar da ligação, a placa de pressão pode pressionar-se contra um contato móvel, assim, a posição do contato móvel no estágio preliminar da ligação não altera-se. no processo de ligação, a energia mecânica gerada é armazenada em uma mola de armazenamento de energia. no estágio posterior, o pino solta a placa de pressão, e esta e o contato móvel usam a força elástica da mola para obter uma maior velocidade inicial, realizando uma ligação rápida, reduzindo o período de tempo para a ação de ligação para 2-3 ms.
